Recently I noticed a small dust speck inside the case between the front crystal and dial at about the 11 o'clock position. The speck seems to be sticking to the crystal itself and while largely unnoticeable, it's bugging me now that I've seen it. However, they’d have to take the whole inside out and “overhaul” it. As another person mentioned, it may not run as precise the next time, but you can send it back for regulation under warranty. Unfortunately, you’re looking at 6-8 weeks if sent to the Dallas RSC. I had my older Rolex serviced at AD, and when I went to pick it up I noticed a little speck of dust on the dial, so I just told the service guy. He was really nice and took it to the back for maybe ten minutes and brought it back dust free.
