This video shows how to prevent color transfer and clean Damier Azure canvas. Protect Vachetta safely with test cleaning and conditioning. Damier Azure Canvas has special cleaning needs. I had a DA speedy back when they were first released and my jeans color transferred onto the canvas. I’ll never have another DA bag again. I do have a couple DA SLGs and haven’t had color transfer issues with those though.

Although some tpf'ers have reported issues with color transfer, I personally have not experienced this at all. As others have mentioned, the squares are an off-white color. I don't think I've seen any photos that accurately depict the true color, but if you can, definitely go to a boutique and have a closer look. My wife recently had color transfer on her Damier Azur bag and we were wondering if anyone has dealt with this before? Thus far we’ve tried diluted soap + water and a Neutrogena make up wipe and haven’t had much success in the smaller areas we’ve tested it on.Contact with highly pigmented materials increases the risk of color transfer onto the canvas and should be avoided. Beige, all the shades of blue, brown, khaki, yellow, pink, purple, fuschia and coral red are some colours that I could easily picture with an LV in damier azur.
I have a Damier Azur bag with color transfer from blue jeans on it. The stain is very old (bought the bag used) and multiple products were used on it to to try to remove it but nothing worked.
